Welcome to White Oak Dental! Here in Chaska, we look forward to providing a fully positive and satisfying care experience to whole families and patients of all ages. You’ll receive a friendly, informative letter from our team before your first appointment is set to begin, and we’ll be sure to greet you warmly when you arrive. Dr. Mark Stapleton will perform a comprehensive examination that tells us everything we need to know about the current state of your oral health, and he’ll be happy to talk with you in-depth as well about your reasons for visiting our practice, any current discomfort or damage you’ve noticed, and the personal goals you have for your smile as we look towards the future.
Your First Visit
When you first enter through our doors, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly dental team members at the front desk who will collect your new patient forms and input your information into our system. When you’re guided back to one of our treatment rooms, you’ll be able to meet Dr. Stapleton and some of our other team members. After your appointment, we’ll make sure that we have all of the necessary dental insurance information and schedule a follow-up appointment if you need one.
New Patient Forms
You do not need to wait until you arrive to complete your registration forms. If you provided our office with an email address, a link to complete your registration forms will be sent to you about four days before your appointment. If you did not provide us an email address, you can fill your forms out when you arrive to your appointment.
During your initial visit, you’ll also receive a welcome packet and some goodies to better prepare you for your oral healthcare journey. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us!
We Take Your Insurance
Our team is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care possible at every stage of your appointment – and that includes when it comes time for payment. We’re an in-network provider for the following plans:
Additionally, we’re happy to file claims on your behalf for other PPO insurance plans. Any amount that is not covered by your current benefits will be due at the time we perform your treatment. Cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards (including Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard) are also welcome. There is a 5% discount available to senior citizen patients, 65 or older, paying by cash or check at the time of service. We also offer convenient payment plans on larger treatment items.

If you don’t currently have dental insurance or you’re interested in pursuing elective treatment that isn’t covered by your current plan, White Oak Dental is proud to partner with CareCredit in order to provide patients with low-interest/interest free financing that’s convenient and affordable! If you’re having any trouble, don’t hesitate to contact us for help and guidance with completing your application. We also offer convenient payments plans for those who qualify.
